It is best suited for experienced tarantula keepers who are familiar with Old World behaviors.
Behavior and Temperament: Extremely defensive, quick, and prone to biting if threatened. It tends to rely on its speed and agility rather than hiding, which makes it difficult to handle.
Habitat and Environment Needs: Requires a well-ventilated enclosure with climbing structures, cork bark, and plenty of hiding spaces. Prefers high humidity (65-75%) and temperatures between 24-28°C.
Feeding: Primarily insectivorous, feeding on crickets, roaches, and other small invertebrates.
Additional Information: Due to its speed, defensive nature, and potent venom, this tarantula is best kept as a display pet. It is not recommended for beginners.
